Risk of Loss, Return Policies

You shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with shipping returned product in accordance with these Terms.

Please be aware that our shipping times are subject to change.

Refunds will only be issued for returns of product that were purchased within 30 days, still retain their original factory seal, and remain in factory-quality condition as determined by AbinoNutra.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, no refunds will be issued for partially used product or product that appears to be handled, opened or tampered with.

By using our returns process, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, no refunds will be issued for partially used product or product that appears to be handled, opened or tampered with. 
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, send your application to abinonutra@afterservice.vip. You will receive a confirmation via email upon submitting your return request if your order is within return policy.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. 
  4. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for securely packaging returned items. AbinoNutra is not liable for items lost in transit.

By sending the Return/Refund email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Please ensure that the shipping information is complete and accurate so that your shipments will be delivered to the correct location. The Company is not responsible for any missing deliveries due to address forwarding or incorrect addresses.

If you have not received your order, please contact abinonutra@afterservice.vip along with your order information within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We are unable to make refunds or reshipments outside of this 15-day period.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your order, including without limitation, import duties, value-added tax, and sales tax. Further, it is your sole responsibility to remit the applicable taxes to the appropriate authority.
